Here is some important information for authors of accepted papers:

1. For the writing provisions of the full paper, please use the template provided in the email. Or download from this link “FULL PAPER TEMPLATE“
2. Authors should pay the registration fee for publication, as follows:
   • ASPERHUPIKI Members: IDR 750,000
   • Local Presenters: IDR 1,250,000
   • International Presenters: 150 USD

   Payment can be made through the following bank account:
   Bank Mandiri 124-00-0655344-1 (ECPAT Indonesia).
   It is mandatory to mention your article code when making the payment.

3. Upload full paper and proof of payment through this link “SUBMIT PAPER” no later than July 7, 2024.
4. We will cover the event registration for one representative who will present at the conference. Any other co-authors interested in joining the event should pay the event registration fee of Rp.2,000,000. Please coordinate with the committee to check if participant slots are still available.
5. Please note that all participants are responsible for their own transportation and accommodation costs.
6. Make sure you join the WhatsApp group through this link “JOIN WHATSAPP GROUP” to coordinate for completing the full paper and receive any information related to the conference.
